I am a lawyer from Universidad de San Martín de Porres (Peru), specialized in public administration, with further training in public international law at The Hague Academy of International Law (the Netherlands) and in public-sector strategic communication and crisis management at ESAN Graduate School of Business. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Political Communication at Universidad Austral (Argentina).
My career in public affairs and political communication sits at the intersection of law, politics and strategic communication: more than a decade of work, including over eight years in the Congress of Peru. Based in Buenos Aires, I work across Latin America in Spanish and English.

I have worked in politics during one of the most turbulent periods in recent Latin American history. Between 2016 and 2025, Peru went through six presidents, three presidential removals, two dissolutions of Congress, a self-coup, a devastating pandemic and repeated waves of protest and social polarization. I was at the center of political and media action throughout each of those episodes.
In every scenario, I designed and executed strategies for communication, institutional spokespersonship and public positioning under maximum pressure. That experience taught me that public affairs, political communication and crisis management are not tested in calm times, but in their ability to hold coherence and judgment in the midst of chaos.

During my time at the Congress of Peru (2017–2025), I advised on strategic communication, parliamentary law and public policy management for Congresswoman Flor Pablo Medina (2022–2025), Congressman Daniel Olivares Cortés (2020–2021) and the Third Vice Presidency of Congress (2017–2020). I also worked with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation as a parliamentary legal advisor, with Instituto Político para la Libertad on human rights projects in Venezuela and Peru, and with Asociación Civil Transparencia on electoral-legal advisory and civic education. In Peru's 2026 general elections, I served as political communication advisor for the campaigns of Pedro Cateriano (Senate), Diego Pomareda and Benjamín Tristán (Chamber of Deputies), leading narrative strategy, digital positioning, crisis management and media relations.

As part of parliamentary and advocacy teams, I contributed to concrete results for thousands of Peruvians. I was part of the team behind the strategic communication of the law that eradicated child marriage in Peru, ending decades of impunity. I took part in the strategy that gave rise to the National Orphan Protection System, which today serves more than 100,000 children and adolescents. I contributed on the legal side to the country's first law to define and criminalize cyber-harassment. I was also part of the team that managed the parliamentary crisis that, in a deeply conservative Congress, expanded real access to medical cannabis for thousands of patients.

I believe in politics that thinks strategically, acts with courage and communicates with purpose: politics understood as public service and an ethical commitment to democracy. As a public affairs and political communication consultant, my work is not only technical; it is political in the deepest sense of the word. Every campaign, every advocacy strategy, every message and every media appearance is designed with the conviction that political communication is not disguised advertising, but a tool in service of ideas that matter. In times of uncertainty, crisis management becomes crucial to ensure effective communication. Communicate to transform. Transform to serve.
